According to him the stigma of migraine is the same as the stigma for epilipsy when it comes to how the people react. The stigma of migraine has gotten out of control that even the government is underfunding migraine research because it’s just a headache which is a big misunderstood topic about migraines. Dr. young and his intern Joanna Kempner did an experiment that proves that people understanding about migraine is low which results in the stigma of offending people for not doing work or going to school or other activity “for a headache”. The article was printed in a magazine that was under Migraine Action Association; Migraine Trust which clearly specializes in such study and cases. The source is objective because the article referenced different credible sources as a support material.
