TASK 1 [P1] Describe how marketing techniques are used to market products in two organisations. I’m a Marketing Assistant in a steady organisation called DOPE09. My manager assign me to do a report describing the marketing techniques. According to my research I would suggest my organisation to apply Ansoff Matrix and this is how they should do it. • Market Penetration In the Market Penetration strategy, This is where the organisation tries to grow their existing products. So since DOPE09 is a Fashion Brand they can achieve this by selling more products or services or by finding new customers within the existing markets. This can be accomplished by: (i) Price Reduction In this do some Sale,Make it 25-70% off. This will definitely will catch the costumers attention to actually so to the shop and buy something. (ii) Increase Promotion • Send your costumers about the information of your upcoming sale. Via Email or Text message. • Publish your upcoming sale through social Media , newspapers , Magazine and on Television. • Market Development In Product Development strategy , Dope09 should expand their outlets while using it’s existing offer. This can be accomplished by: (i) Find new areas to publish your store Since the main store of DOPE09 is in Dubai. It’s better if they search a place where people demand those type of styles of your clothing in there area or a place that doesn’t your style of clothing. • Product
