I intervened a 67 years old men who I will identify as Mr. FA. The goal of first interview is to collect basic information of the client. Mr. FA was born and raised in Saudi Arabian, Mecca. He is a caucasian male and the oldest son of nine children. His father passed away when he was 60 - year old, and his mother suffering from Alzheimer disease. He lives in an apartment in the third floor with his wife and a child. Also, his mother lives in the same apartment with a nurse in the first floor.

Mr. FA is a retired teacher and has 6 children, 3 males and two females. Only the oldest son is married and has two children. All Mr. FA children left the apartment except for the youngest one, she is 14 years old.

Mr. FA was reluctant at the beginning of the interview, but soon after asking him several questions he seems to enjoy the interview. Mr. FA was broad of the fact that his life journey is being recorded. In general, he was cooperative but sometimes does not want to elaborate in his answers. The answers were short but good enough to cover the goal of the questions.
When asked about main concerns. Mr. FA main terror was about getting some kind of diseases. He said “Sometimes it is inevitable to get chronic diseases once you grow older and that is what concerns and stresses me the most” He continued “Having a hot dry weather most …show more content…

FA is sensitive but strong and he loves to talk to people. He likes to be the leader or who leads conversations in gatherings. Mr. FA is knowledgeable, experienced in many aspects of life, passionate and cares deeply. Mr. FA has diabetes and struggles in walking more nowadays but he is stable. Financially, he was a previous business owner and teacher. His main concern is about getting chronic disease. Mr. FA cares a lot for his family because he wants his family to have whatever they need. The religion serves to make him stronger. He is so skilled in his day routine and does not have any intention to change and enjoying his comfort
