After mankind had been given their gift of hearing from Echo, the nymph who resided on Mount Cithaeron there came a God by the name of Apollo. He had been watching over the humans from Mount Olympus hidden above the clouds with brothers, sisters, goddesses, and other gods since his birth from his mother's womb. As Apollo grew into a bright and ripe young god he had become known for his powers of singing, dancing, and being able to make musical sounds with just the touch of his hand and flick of his tongue.

Though as his days went on the god grew bored with showing his talents to the same men and women who lay with him in the clouds and with that an idea sparked in his mind, like the eternal flame that lay on the top of Mt. Olympus. His new challenge in life would be to bring music to the sad and poor humans below in the earth world. As to how he’d do such a thing was still a mystery to him but he would one day bring music to what he once saw as savages, creatures not worthy of the Gods and Goddesses help.

As he gave the humans his inventions and taught them how to play and they taught others Kronos made his way over to the human civilization and began his chaos. The titan leader went to different homes taking and destroying the instruments which of course angered Apollo to the point he had to do something. The god challenged Kronos to a battle at the river he had his idea at, the place that was very special to him in so many ways. Kronos threw the first punch at his opponent and after that things heated up till the end was near and the one was left standing, the god.
