Since the times of the Greeks, live theatre has been a grand stage for all to see and enjoy, to show the greatness and horrors of life, and to escape from reality. Throughout people's lives, theater has in some way been in involved. For some people, theatre permits a deeper analytical understanding of life while working on a theatre show and also allows the cast and crew to gain work experience that may allow them to gain friends that will last a lifetime. Because of this, even though some people do not realize it, theater in schools is a great opportunities for children and teams to learn how to work with others and their differences. For children that get in big community or high school performances of shows, when they go back to their English classes they seem to understand the material a little better because theater people have to understand why the character someone is portraying said something or did something. At the Children’s theatre in the UK it has been seen that children engaged in “theatre can be enhanced, extended, and deepened in their language classes” (Fleming). Many Schools do not realize that they are learning new skills until they put that skill to work in their classes at school. In Daniel Rods article about Visual and Performing arts when he speaks of how “Younger children seem to learn from art classes that then lead seems to lead to children doing better in schools” (Rod). Adults that are apart of the theatre community understand that theatre really shows young children early English and Language skills that are needed later in life. They also learn how to work with others around them because "Whatever success we've had is really because these kids believe in each other, the adults believe in the kids and the alumni believe in the kids ” it's this family,"(Zettel). Children learn all you have to do is work hard and give it your all and people will love what is performed at almost all
