Are Kids Who Kill Still Kids?
April 21 2010 Paul Henry- twelve years old left his home with his lovely cute smile, went to meet his friends and hang out with them, but ended up killing his friend’s step –father. In the court, Paul was treated as an adult and was sentenced to jail for tweeny-five years long!(Francesca,2013). Treated as an adult, was Paul a real adult that time because he killed a step-father who was preventing his and his friends’ joy of the day? Is going to jail a good treatment for what Paul had done? Are kids who kill still kids, but also when considered murderers ?

And in most of the time such parents results up in children that are not able to link actions and consequences that may take place in their lives. It is of great level of clearance that it is those parents responsibility to take care of the minors they brought out to life and prevent them from doing some actions that may lead them to lose their whole life, or even a part of it in the jail, because, for a great probability, these kids will be treated as adults when they come up with a big mess like murdering
