Bullying in schools has increased to shocking numbers across America today. It is widening like an out of control disease to the extend that it is now vast through almost all schools in the United States. Now many children have to go to school with an expectation in their minds thinking about what will or is going to happen to them once they get to school. Each and every other day of `school week they are scared of even speaking up in classes. Not only in their classes but also having lunch meals in the cafeteria. As a result, many of them frightened when the last minute clocks in to signify the end of the school day, because they scared of what is in suspense for them both on outside in the school yard and on their way home. She recently created a web site called “The Rhode Island Bully Tracker.” Her website is used as a data collection site that puts together a lot of information about bullying that currently occurring happens in Rhode Island which she linked to many other sites such www.ribullytracker.org. “People in my age group are struggling with bullying and it can be really hard,” She said in her recent interview with WPRI 12. Furthermore, She also added that the Phoebe Prince case of bullying motivated her to start this web site. Consequently. Ana also uncovered the problems that together we have to solve in our schools. In fact, She pointed out that some victims feared reporting being bullied to teachers who are supposed to help. “Sometimes they'll say just suck it up because they think it's not as bad as it is,” Opishinski said. “But sometimes they are just really cruel to the students who feel they're being bullied by the adults.” This is a serious issue that many school departments have to address. Children should not be feeling so helpless to extent of taking their own life because people who are supposed to help them, such as teachers are asking them to suck it up with on actions taken. This is.why school teachers need awareness of how serious this problem is spreading and affecting their class performance by knowing that it is not a joke. In addition. She added that we should make our parents and faculty become more involved with each other. By creating after school hours workshops after that parents can attend and have one on one decisions with any school staff member and class teachers, will help to create an devise action plans \ that brings ani-bullying awareness to the mainstream in children
