According to Bob Barr, “It's not a gun control problem; it's a cultural control problem.” Violence is one of the most cruel things on planet earth and is always being used against someone or something . People now want to impose gun control because of the violence that is causes but it is a hard process to deliver due to the people who are against it. Gun control needs to be enforced if people want to stop things like mass shootings and other outrageous crimes.

This is important because the source says that there is no need for gun control because of the outrageous decrease in weapon possession. The government won't need to do anything because people don't want guns anymore.
