Gun control has always been a very controversial topic ever since the founding fathers gave the citizens the right to bear arms but with recent school shootings, mass shootings and the amount of them increasing every year, gun control has been getting increasingly more controversial and as more people lean to harsher gun control to stop the growing problem. But all the reasons for harsher gun control do have their own causes that can be stopped at the source of them. But will more restrictions on guns stop the problem of gun related crime and homicides and will it put an end to gang violence. The short answer is no, gangs don’t follow the law regardless, putting more restrictions on guns will not stop gang violence it will only give them more room to do what they please .
