The real winners from this plan would be the elites in every way. Because one they can already afford health insurance, most likely their jobs that make them the elites in America have heath insurance. According to CNN Money Americans who make more then 774K a year also know as being in the 1% would get a tax break of about 33K a year (Luhby 2017). President Trump comes from the billionaire’s elite so he is going to be on the side of making the elite Americans have a better tax break. The Huffington post says, “It’s not a “health” plan. It’s a wealth grab,” The same article mention that there will be a seven million dollar a year tax breaks for the four hundred highest earning households(Eskow 2017). Another break that they wealthy will get is for business owners. There is an ObamaCare mandate that employers have to provide healthcare to employees. The American healthcare act plans on taking out that mandate making it mandatory for employers to provide insurance. Under the Affordable Aare Act the wealthy (a household the made more than 250k a year ) would automatically get a Medicaid surtax.
