Maxine Waters serve as the representative from California’s 43rd District, which is the district that corresponds to me in my area since I live on south central Los Angeles. Congresswoman Maxine Waters have also served in California’s 35th District and in California’s 29th District. Serving more than one district in California has gained her the advantage to be familiar with how the public sector functions.
