As Americans, we enjoy many freedoms without even realizing the privileges that come with those freedoms. We experience the ability to decide what we want without anyone forcing or controlling us. Encapsulated by the freedom of choice, our economic and religious liberties allow us to be unique and choose how we will dedicate our time, money, and energy. The government does not interfere in how we can earn and spend our money, nor does it intervene with a religion we must worship, but Christians do not always use the full potential of these freedoms to glorify God.
Fascinatingly, Americans have an abundance of options when it comes to picking an occupation and a multitude of choices regarding merchandise, entertainment, and investments. Fortunately, our government does not tell us where we must work or how we must use our money. We have the liberty to determine our economic status and the power to help others to a higher and better one. With the myriad of places to give our money, our liberty in decisions continues to be evident. Having the privilege to investigate, research, and consider the various religious alternatives, Americans cannot be prohibited to pursue and live a life based on their set of beliefs.
