It’s finally time to stop keeping orcas in captivity because lastly, captive orcas suffer from a wide range of health problems, that not seen among wild orcas. The orcas shallow pools give them ‘vulnerable to higher-than-normal levels of ultraviolet radiation’ from the sun, which is a major risk risk factor for most skin cancers, which breaks down and wrecks their immune systems. In other words, there really isn't anything that the workers or owners at parks can do for the orcas since no matter what, where ever in captivity, the orcas will still be exposed to skin cancer, as a result of the radiation. Collapse of the orcas shark-like dorsal fin is another issue that orcas in captivity are prone to as well. Though it is not harmful, the deformity affects
Werewolves, for as long as we have known about them, are monsters who shape-shift from humans to monsters, making them unable to detect. It’s almost as if werewolves have two identities, its human and wolf counterparts. In Cohen’s thesis, he states that monsters express culture and cultural differences. Monsters embody the fears, anxieties, and desires of a culture. The monster represents something else, and is more metaphorical.

With the depletion of wildlife, the United States began to recognized the importance of wildlife on the culture, economy, and religion of Native American tribes. State agencies now preside over fish and game to closely control the hunting of wildlife by setting limits on methods, seasonal harvest, and size of animals to ensure a healthy population. During World War II between 1939-1941 before the attack at Pearl Harbor, the United States did not formally declare war against Nazi Germany. President Franklin Roosevelt supported intervening in the war, yet public opinion strongly opposed. There was a national debate between the isolationists and the internationalists. Isolationists opposed getting involved in the war because they felt that the United States should focus on its own problems and opposed the debt that would surely follow involvement. Conversely, internationalists believed that the United States had a moral duty to intervene in the war and believed that by aiding Great Britain in her time of need the United States might avoid direct involvement in the conflict.
Orcas, or killer whales, are the largest in their dolphin family, and a powerful predator in the ocean. Orcas are generally found in the North Pacific Ocean, Atlantic Oceans, and the Arctic Sea, however since 1961, 151 orcas have been taken into captivity from their natural habitat. Orcas in captivity suffer from habit-caused medical issues which in result leads to shorter life spans. In contrast, orcas in the wild don’t suffer from medical issues caused by their habitats, and in turn live longer.

It is unjust and selfish to stand by and take no action while everyday hundreds if not thousands of innocent animals die without reason. No matter how much fur or how many limbs the creature has; it should be treated as equal as a person. A heart beat is a heartbeat regardless of the body it’s in.
