The characters Arnold Spirit, Mr. P, Roger, Agnes Spirit, Rowdy, Arnold Spirit, Jr Gordy, Mary spirit and Penelope have values of their own. Mr. P is a geometry teacher at Junior’s old school on the reservation. The teacher Mr. P is not enthusiastic about his job. I know this since he has to come to school in his pajamas some days. Mr. P is good person because he forgave Junior when he hurt him. He forgave him because he said that he was also a person that would hurt the young Native American’s. She was a girl that was kind to Junior depending on the situation she is in with him. Penelope is someone who likes to help the homeless. She has the value of being nice to people when she has the trust in the person since she was nice to Junior in the Halloween since when she found out that Junior was not joking about going trick or treating for the homeless too. She had the value of being able to attract people to her because she was popular girl in the school. Gordy is a smart boy that also attends Rerdan with Junior. He seems like a person that likes to defend people when he knows they are correct in any situation. Gordy was an honest friend. He is a good friend to Rowdy. Arnold is a strong person since he is good at standing up against the bullies at his school. Although he is not physically too strong and tall he still stand up for himself. Arnold has the talent of drawing cartoons. Arnold is trying to be different because he does not want to have the same future as the people on the reservation. Mary Spirit is an independent girl. She is a girl who seems like she likes to be alone since she spends her time in the basement of their house. Junior found out that she is independent. He knows when his Geometry teacher told Junior things about Mary he may not have ever found out about such as her being smarter than him.
