After entering the home, they realized the woman was still alive and rushed her to the hospital! The fire investigator came to figure out why the house caught on fire after the firefighters saw possible signs of arson. As part of the investigation nearby neighbors were asked if they saw anything. Neighbors said there was a guy named Kolby that went behind the house minutes before the fire took place. While at the hospital the ob/gyn informed her that the baby might not live and referred her to a psychologist to help deal with the stress. Fingerprints were matched to Kolby Reynolds, and he has a court date with the lawyer in a few days. Though he is presumed innocent until proven guilty, there was a lot of evidence collected by both the Crime Scene Investigators, as well as the Fire Investigator that will allow the lawyer to lay out a pretty convincing case against him.
