Shortage of staff can be a massive reason why a vacancy may occur In a college, this can be due to the amount of students there are each year and the size of each class. Also the shortage of staff depends on the GCSE grades students get, this is because if there’s a lot of student that don’t have the grades required in English and Maths they will have to re-do it meaning there will be more teachers needed to teach in these subjects.
The organisation could consider the fact that is recruiting really necessary, this because they need to think about the chances of moving someone else within the company in that position.
