Getting a job was one of my biggest dreams growing up. I felt that getting a job would make me feel responsible; also, I had a long list of unendless needs. I have countless number of jobs but pherhaps the most interesting job I have ever had was working at Dominos pizza. I worked at dominos for almost 3 years as a customer service representative and as an assistant manager. as a customer service representative, my job was to talk to customers, take their orders, make sure customers were receiving their orders in time and most importantly making sure the customers got the right orders. The post was vacant so technically I become the manager and hence the de facto boss. Being a manager of the store comes with a lot of responsibilities. When you are an assistant manager your job is to make sure everyone is doing their job well and if there is a problem you have to deal. Another thing you do as an assistant manager is to make food orders. As a csr, all I had to do was take orders and give the orders back to the customer, but now as an assistant manager I have to make them. If a driver is missing an order you have to remake the order and give to the driver; you also have to dispatch the drivers when their going on delivery. As an assistant manager you do not have to worry about making schedules, making sure the store has all the food supplies it needs to operate and most importantly you have to make sure the store is clean and running smoothly because there constant inspection done almost everyday. There are 2 types of inspection internal and external. Internal is when the owner of the franchise comes around to inspect his/her store to making sure everything is working out. External is when people from corporate offices come around to make sure you
