AssistTech is a North American IT Company, specializing in assistive devices/technology for people with disabilities. AssistTech has focused on the North American market for the last 5 years and has identified a need to expand its market to China and Latin America. The company has commissioned a multilingual website as part of its strategic goals. While the primary objective of AssistTech’s website is to expand the market for AssistTech’s devices by extending its reach to China and Latin America, the company’s goals are to grow shareholder value, increase its revenues, manage costs, ensure its financial sustainability, increase its profits, and grow additional revenue streams (LaMarco, 2018 and Jackson, 2017).
