With those said, I know very well that this type of play style is not a best fit for everyone. Which is why I’d like to say that THIS is what the guild is about. If it doesn’t fit someone, then that someone is free to leave or resign, no hard feelings. Members have been coming and going, which is normal. As much as we want people to stay, we won’t force anyone to stay, especially if they feel that this game and/or the guild is a chore. People change, and with that, goals change too. Auldrant may have been a fit for some people before, but now it isn’t, and that’s OK. And to you and Yee, thanks for being a reliable tag team, especially when it comes to waking each other up.
Most of all, Su. Formulating strategy and poking members has taken up a lot of your time and energy and must have drained you a lot. I could not thank you enough for being the best subleader a man (or well, woman) could ask for.

Everyone, I really loved our Skype chats and VCs. I very much loved the fact that we as a whole, got along. But we need to get our goals straightened out, first and foremost. Auldrant is, after all, a competitive guild, and while we all get along, what it’s truly about is the spirit of competitiveness and if we want to continue advancing, we need to reconcile that fact and understand that there is not much room for compromise.

So with all this said, I hope we will all find a resolution to this ongoing tension. I wish it would’ve been possible to avoid drama in solving this, but it’s unfortunately an impossibility. I’m getting a strange wave of deja vu, writing a letter to a whole guild again, but I do hope this ends better than my last one.
