They have a breath taking landscape view that plays a role in their economic standing along with their global connection to the world. The Great Barrier Reef lies along the northeast coast of the country and its mountain ranges run from north to south along the east coast, reaching their highest point in Mount Kosciusko. Australia is a large tourism travel sight, which is beneficial to the income of its economy, but it provides challenges for maintaining the sustainability of its environment and wildlife.
