Types of data & BIMS exit Interview.
The survey describe two types of data. Quantitative and qualitative which employees did provided answers to all questions such as, how long have you work for BIMS?, what is your gender ? In which division do you work and a lot more. The survey gave participant options as to how to rate each question. This is to circle the number that is closer to ones views. Debbie as part of encouraging effectiveness and positive change in BIMS management, and to bring down the turnover rate.
