Bathroom Narrative

Today I started my day by helping Sarah get her patient to the bathroom after she use the bathroom. We checked it she had no bowel movement just a little urine next we put her in the shower starting by washing her face beginning with her face. I wipe it four times each time using a clean section of the washcloth. From her neck to her back and her arms using a clean section of the wash cloth four times. The peri-area to the back then washing her hair once we were done we dried her off by patting softly.
Then we took to her get breakfast, but breakfast wasn 't ready so we gave her a coffee with two creamers and some apple juice just for the wait. Sarah and I brush her teeth while we had some extra time as we talk and I learned that she has one son one grandchild, she 's eighty-eight years old, and she 's from West Virginia I took her to breakfast.
Next I brought my resident her breakfast she ate eggs, French toast, sausage, along with a glass of orange juice. While she was at breakfast we took the time to make her bed, clean her room, and take out trash. When we were finished I went to help Maryanne with the Mrs. M She asked me what was my name 7 different times telling me I was a very pretty name and I have a lot of hair. When we were finish talking I brought her breakfast which was cheerios with some toast and grape jelly along with a cup of coffee. I helped change her brief with Maryanne and got finished, I want to help Christina with her resident in the restroom. Lifting her off the toilet was hard because she 's really heavy. We took Christina 's resident to the dining area then Christina helps me give Mrs. J in room 3 bed 2 a bed bath along with occupy bed changing once we were done I help brush her teeth as she watch Law & Order on TV actually was there anything else you need it and said my goodbyes for
