I have always wanted to help people and to help them better their lives, but I never could figure out how I could make that passion a reality, until the day I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety at age eleven. After that rough period in life, I learned how I could help other people. I could listen to them and try to help them better understand themselves. Life is much easier for a person when they have people who believe in them like a psychologist or therapist. My college plan would be to earn a bachelor, and master degree in Psychology to become a Behavior Analyst.
Everyone wants to be successful in their careers. Many want careers that make money and that has a personal meaning. By being an anesthesiologist, one can get paid well and save lives, but first one has to be successful. Getting a good education, finding a place to work and gaining experience in one’s career leads one to be successful at their job.
One of the questions that I get asked most is "What do I want to be when I grow up?" When I was in kindergarten, I wanted to be a vet and go to Harvard, When I was in elementary school, I wanted to go to Columbia and be a doctor to cure cancer. When I was in middle school, I wanted to be an architect. When I began high school, I wanted to be a psychiatrist and study at Yale. But right now, if you ask me this question, I would tell you I really do not know what career or job I want to have or even what I want to major in.
The project manager was responsible for collecting and organizing data, utilizing current evidence-based practice methods, motivating team members involved in the project, keeping the entire project on track, educating patients on deep breathing, and improvising the project if necessary. Each team member was involved in the direct teaching to their patients, documentation of data, assist with team meetings as necessary, motivate other registered nurses in the unit to perform deep breathing exercises with their patients, and provide needed recommendations. Each team member also contributed thoughts regarding the best way to perform deep breathing exercises and added to the official handout. The anesthesiologist was responsible for being a resource
Many people may choose their careers goals based on past experiences, lifelong interests, or to follow in her or his parents ' footsteps. On the other hand, my long-term career goal is to become an orthopedic surgeon, because I would like to help others in need and be there for my parents if any bone fracture occurs. On average in the United States, six million people break their bones each year. Meaning those orthopedic surgeons are in high demand due to the fact that broken bones are a common injury. Becoming an orthopedic surgeon is not my only long term goal, but to also open a dog rescue program for stray or hurt dogs.
With that in mind, I ask myself what I want to achieve in life. Simply put, I want to experience all that there is to experience in the world. I want to leave this world with an impact as great as Abraham Lincoln or Martin Luther king Jr. I want to be the President of the United States and be able to change the world.
If you are given the opportunity to be anything in the world what would you be? Many people would say things like ”I want to be an astronaut”, or “I want to be a Pilot”, but not me. I am a little different from them. My aim in life is other, and I think everyone is born to fulfill their purpose in life. I want to be many different things, but the one that I want to be the most is an NBA/Basketball player.
What They Do Nurse anesthetists belong to a wide range of advanced practice nursing in multiple medical settings and perform a variety of medical tasks to help the patient. Nurse anesthetists belong in the group that includes nurse midwives and nurse practitioners, while each of their duties are unique, becoming a nurse anesthetist is what I am the most interested in. Nurse anesthetists provide anesthesia before, during, and after various procedures whether they’re surgical, therapeutic, or diagnostic or even obstetrical procedures; during emergency procedures nurse anesthetists provide pain relief and pain management by the use of medications. However, it is extremely important to assess the patient and their medical history to become aware of any illnesses, allergies, or previous administered medications so the judgement call can be made for the medication to be administered safely and successfully. Nurse anesthetists remain with the patients during the procedure to monitor the anesthesia state of the patient during and after the procedure.
When you’re a kid you get asked this one particular question a lot. It really gets kind of annoying. “ What do you want to be when you grow up?” Adults are hoping for answers like “ I want to be an astronaut” or “When I grow up I want to be a Neurosurgeon”. Adults and their imaginations.
Sports Medicine What do you want your future job to be? I want to specialize in sports medicine. There are multiple reasons I want to be a sports medicine doctor. The three reasons are I love sports, the job is interesting to me, and I want to provide for my family.
Life has its twists and turns, but my overall life goal is simple, help others. I want to make an impact on others life, even if it is a small change. For instance, being able to hold a pencil is the difference between a student being able to graduate from Kindergarten and not be able to continue on to first grade. Being a Pediatric occupational therapist will help me make an impact on children at a very young age. Even small changes can have a large impacts, which is why I want to be that change for others.
I want to make my own money, and wanting to have a better life for me and my children means a lot. Now that I have my mind set on my aspirations, I hope to practice the qualities needed to be a triumphant dentist and dental surgeon. Of course everyone wants success, wealth, and happiness in the future. My long term goal is to pursue a career in the field of dentistry and earn my DDS (doctorate in dental surgery)
When I look forward to my life in thirty years, I can see myself working in a hospital. I think that this is important to be able to see. When choosing a career, I want to be choosing it as something that I can see myself having a bright future in. Finally, I want to be a biology major with a focus on medicine because I am a people person.
but I would also like to transform myself into someone who works even harder. I would like to help people more than I do because that is one of my favorite things to do. By starting this journey going to school, I know whenever I get a job that within the job I will be helping many people which is another reason why I chose this to be my career path. I want to be even better for my family, I want to be able to give my family back what they have given me over the years while I was growing up. I want to become a better person all around
