What is known to us all is that there are various kinds of Kung Fu in China. Clearly what is extremely famous in these species is Tai Chi. Based on the realistic news, there is reason to believe that popularizing 24-form Tai Chi which is easiest for people to learn in Chinese colleges is highly plausible. However, the colleges cannot force students to practice it. Or the result will definitely turn out to be just the opposite of their wish. Students should be encouraged to learn anything rather than forced to accept anything. So how to popularize this kind of sport in Chinese colleges? Professor Mei with her teammates summarized the following ways to solve the question: 1. Change traditional ideas of PE teaching. Teachers can be combined together to learn Tai Chi by watching videos and unify standard of 24-form Tai Chi. They can use multimediateaching to make class more lively. 2.
