The french and Indian war altered the relationship between Britain and the colonies because they ended the policy of salutary neglect. This led to the increase of authority over the colonies. The debt from the war also lead to taxation without representation. Also they started to strictly regulate
In a result of these the colonists started to smuggle items in and out of the colonies. Later on a Parliament was passed. Saying , all trade goods passed through english ports , were duties or import taxes. By now the colonist were extremely limited on what they cold do. After the Navigation act of 1660 , there became a war known as , the French and Indian war.
War is futile, and I believe they aren’t worth fighting. Things could be resolved much more easily if people just debated politically or if they were just simply more
The other two main reasons as to why the United States wanted to back out was because they wanted to punish Britain for supporting the South in the Civil War and they disliked the tariffs that Canada placed on manufactured goods. External trade caused many colonies to consider to join together since it would be easier for all the colonies to trade resources and to receive materials that helped to develop their growth. This problem affected many populations since they relied on external trade to earn their profits. External trade was not entirely bad for colonies as this helped each colony to receive resources to evolve into more developed

This contribution to the war effort let the main Continental Army focus on fighting the British on the east coast. Which ended with the end of the 13 colonies and the beginning of a new nation which was the United States of
The success of America in the war of 1812 had many benefits. These benefits were so large that the age after the war are often called, the "Era of Good Feelings.". This name for the era was a result of the large celebration over the defeat of the British, the growth of the nation, and the political union. The war, and victory of 1812 was seen as the final victory of the Americans over Britain. Even after the Revolutionary war British troops remained in several parts of western America, and it was common practice for them to stir up the Indians and encourage attacks on American settlements.
The main materials Europeans sought after were silver and gold because it symbolized a country’s superiority. A “favorable balance of trade” promoted a better work ethic to supply goods which benefitted the economy. The Navigation Acts were formed due to England’s competition with the Dutch for trade. So, these acts were created to ensure that only English ships could exchange goods with the colonies and the items could not be brought out of the domain. Mercantilism caused the colonies to be in debt to England because the goods that they exported were not as valuable as the goods imported from England.
This resulted in boycotts from the colonists, so they refused to purchase any British goods or to give them any money. Regarding political changes, at the beginning, the British owned all of the colonies, and the whole point of the war was to fight for the Colonial independence. “Until early in 1778 the conflict was a civil war within the British Empire, but afterward it became an international war as France (in 1778), Spain (in 1779), and the Netherlands (in 1780) joined the colonies against Britain.” (M. Wallace). New european countries sided with the Colonies, which gave them a huge advantage and led to them winning the war and gaining their independence from Britain.
England then sought to reinforce their rules and command over the colonies. English officials used Mercantilism. This confirmed their authority. Parliament then passed Acts to help pay off the debt for the war and show the colonies who was really in charge. This angered the colonies.
Britain had to find a new way of controlling the Colonies. Before the war, England pursued
Congress is a primary focus of the constitution due to the manner in which our government is structured and the manner in which it operates. Congress serves as the legislative branch of government, and given that the executive branch enforces laws, and the judicial branch interprets laws, the legislative branch is intrinsic to even the basic, rudimentary functions of the government as a whole. Given the necessity of Congress as a branch of government, it was understood that it’s powers and checks must be well established in the constitution and other founding documents in order to prevent abuse of power and other easily forceable issues in day to day government operations. Checks from the executive branch resticting legeslation passed and

Recently conflicts have yet again come to the focus of many scholars and there have been countless approaches to manage and explain the contemporary conflicts and strategies in the 21th century and thus many theories have accumulated the conflict debate communities. One such theory came from Collier and Hoeffler (2000), their theory explains that the incidence of “primary commodity” (primary commodity – oil, diamonds or gemstones or timber) has been found to be associated with conflicts, the occurrence and duration of conflicts. Their theory is based on the ground that the fighters involved in this type of conflicts are fighting for self-enrichment and power, which on its own creates a conflict economy situation. As conflicts and strategies evolve, the characteristic of contemporary conflict ought to be viewed in a larger and broader perspective. While the Western democracy celebrates its victory over communism and the end of the cold war, the belief was that their liberal view of democracy would fill in and become a standard to prevent the occurrence of conflicts.
