Enrique Deltoro Sr. DOB 08/23/1971 is a documented, validated Livas Norteno gang member in the city of Livingston. In speaking with a former full time sworn police officer for the Livingston Police Department, Enrique Deltoro has been a member of the “Livas” Norteno criminal street gang going back to the late 1980’s and early 1990’s. In February of 2016 Enrique Deltoro allegedly assaulted and threatened a drop out (former) gang member, in violation of 242 PC (Battery), 136.1(c) PC (Victim/Witness intimidation) 422 PC (Criminal Threats) and 186.22 PC (a gang enhancement).

The 38th Street Gang, Henry Reyna The Zoot Suit by Luis Valdez is a magnificent book. The characters are excellent and the play is just great. Shows hard times during World War 2 of gangs at war and people suffering from hope. Henry Reyna being one of the most important characters in this book shows a lot of his feelings and the problems he’s going through, affecting various people in some situations, he’s very close with his friends, but falls apart with his family as he’s always getting in trouble, such a depressing time for him and is treated very unfairly.
Leonardo Sciascia in To Each His Own pairs the reader up with Professor Laurana, a teacher that is oblivious to what has actually happened in his own town. The audience can work with Laurana because his ignorance puts him on par with the audience’s knowledge of the town, which is none. The book starts with Laurana finding a clue that he believes the police have over looked, which starts off his investigation into the murder. In Chapter three Laurana states that “There was not one person in town who had not already, privately and to his own stratification, solved or almost solved the mystery… Professor Laurana had his key; it was the Unicuique… [Laurana] did not know whether the marshal had attached any importance to the [back of the letter]
Even though Rose’s stats says he belongs in the Hall of Fame, he has been banned for breaking the rules. People who break the rules should be punished. After reading “Bandido” by Luis Valdez the Majority of time antagonist and protagonist are usually black and white as clear as sky. Unfortunately Luis Valdez creates a complex character call Tiburcio Vasquez of his melodrama, he like a Robin Hood who commit crimes but has respect and kindness to those around him, kind of hard not to root for him to get away. Tiburcio state “The women are not to be hard and no one I repeat no one is to be killed” (Valdez 116). In this play, Vasquez is a notorious California bandit ho commit murder which makes him the antagonist. On the other hand, Vasquez Is the main character he has a kindness and flattering aroma around him which also makes him the protagonist.

Nicolas ends up getting caught by the army but is brave and protects his grandfather by telling the lieutenant, “The guerrillas took him, mi teniente. They took me too, but I got away” (134; ch.22). Instead of getting both him and Tata caught, he lied to protect his grandfather from the army. Nicolas finds strength and courage even when lost and confused during the war.
