Absolute Monarchy, Fascism, Communism, and Totalitarian can all be seen as forms of Dictatorship. Especially, depending on who is ruling at that current time and their misuse or abuse of power. Throughout history, people have developed several forms of government, or ruling authorities. It is my belief that Absolute Monarchy birthed other ideologies and other forms of government, even though there are key contrasts amongst them. Absolute Monarchy is a system of government where a single ruler rules by some inherent right and has complete centralized authority or sovereignty over the state and government. Not being satisfied with his current title he sought out more power, Hitler then anointed himself the Fuehrer supreme ruler of Germany. During Hitler’s time as Fuehrer, him and his Nazi regime targeted certain groups or races they considered inferior. These included Roma and Sinti people (Gypsies), black people, people with disabilities and homosexuals. Hitler singled out Jews for complete annihilation. Hitler slaughtered the Jews because he had convinced himself and millions of Germans to buy into a crazy conspiracy theory that Jews were working together in a grand conspiracy, to turn Germany into a communist nation and that they were plotting to destroy Germany. That joined with the perception that Jews were sub-human led to the Holocaust. The Holocaust is one of the most infamous genocides.
