The authors of the Declaration of independence are John Adams, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, and Thomas Paine. After the first draft all four authors had agreed on the document to be artistic as well as precise. Jefferson out of the four was chosen to do the majority of the document. Today, we know Jefferson had a difficult time writing part of the document because Jefferson’s landlady recorded his painful struggles in her journal. One, day Jefferson set home for his violin and when it had arrived he would pace a little, then play a little, then the house would become silent for some time then he would do it again.
Benjamin was born in July 1, 1877 in Washington DC. Davis was married twice and had a child named Benjamin O. Davis Jr. His son joined the Air Force during World War ll. Davis Sr was influenced by the Spanish American war he wanted to help fight and he eventually worked his way up .One of his biggest challenges would have to be, his color. Benjamin Rush was born on December 24th, 1745, at Byberry, PA. In 1751, when his father, John Rush, died, him and his mother moved to Philadelphia where his mother ran a grocery store.
Benjamin Rush came into this world in Pennsylvania, only a few spare miles from Philadelphia, during December 1745. Not much is recorded of the future Founding Father during the first few years of his life, but it is known that his father passed away in 1751. Around one or two years after his father’s death, his mother Susanna Hall Harvey sent Benjamin to live with Dr. Samuel Finley. Immediately after his arrival, Dr. Finley ensured that Benjamin would become educated. He later joined the College of New Jersey, then returned to Philadelphia.

Benjamin Franklin was one of the largest known founding fathers of the United States. He was born on January 17, 1706 in Boston, Massachusetts. His parents were Josiah Franklin and Abiah Folger. He was the fifteenth child of Josiah and one of ten by Abiah(Franklin Born). His father wanted him to be a clergy but could not afford to send him to school for that many years.

He graduated from Harvard University in 1755, where he earned his undergraduate and master's degrees. In 1764, John Adams married Abigail Smith and they had six children.
Benjamin Rush was a Pennsylvanian, born in 1745 and died in 1813. He was a Founding Father, physician, leading reformer, and had signed the Declaration of Independence. He firmly spoke out against slavery and promoted capital punishments. He wanted education to be available for all and firmly believed public education for all. He didn’t believe in full equality for women, but this was a good start.
In the book The Reader by Traci Chee, the main character, Selfia, is separated from her aunt who practically raised her and tries to understand why her aunt was kidnapped, by using a book, of which have been forgotten and lost. Sefia and a later mentioned character, Archer, are particularly similar in terms of both having troubled and traumatic life experiences, they both weren’t raised ordinarily etc. However, they are also differ greatly because they have different motives, they were raised differently, and they both have separate traits that make them unique Sefia is an exceedingly determine, motivated, and strong person. For instance in the book it says “...she’d find out why her family had been taken, and who had done it, and how to hunt them down”( page 41). This proves that Sefia is driven to get what she wants.

Benjamin Franklin, a man who is frequently admired by fellow Americans, embodies many of these qualities and, as such, has become an archetype of success and of what it means to be American. Benjamin Franklin is an archetypal American because of his values of self-improvement, community-mindedness, and frugality.
Benjamin Franklin is known to be an “Archetypal American,” because of his beliefs on religion, self-improvement, hard work, and determination; but also his somewhat prideful spirit. Much of modern America is quite similar to Franklin in his actions throughout his lifetime. In his early years, Franklin’s father, Josiah, had a set plan for what he was supposed to do with his life, as a minister. Soon into his education, he found an interest in reading and writing, so he began pursuing a career in printing.
