What is the Best Immigration Policy for the United States?
There can be multiple ways to make a solution for an immigration policy. It's a political debate if we should have ‘open borders’ or not. If we were to open borders we would have over populated places around the U.S, not know who is entering our country at what time and our economy would go down because abuse of public places. Immigration is a big factor to our country due to wars around the world, terrorism, taxes, and mainly safety of the country.
Let's say you are an illegal immigrant who wants to live in the United States; no problem, you just need to get a green card. How do you get a green card you might ask, you must take form N-400 to become a legal citizen. You need to be 18 years or older to take the form. The form N-400 is an application for the citizenship process. If you complete the tests, you will receive a green card after approval from the government within 2 weeks.
