Better Focus will be able to reach competitive advantage by not only knowing to evolve our strategy to match trends, but also by creating the best product for the best price. Not to mention, Better Focus has plans to dedicate most energy into specializing in three UAV Drone models. Customers can rely on Better Focus for a reliable Drone purchase while still being able to consider moderate to enhanced camera options as well. Better Focus’s business model involves selling three types of high-quality drones and four types of moderate cameras, both for the best price. Both products will offer specific features and accessories, along with warranties and other special offers. We plan to deliver our products through online retailers and stores in four different major countries. We plan to charge a reasonable price for our high-quality drones, and an unbeatable price for our action cameras. Our customers will be attracted to our promise in trying to reach the best prices while meeting their preferences in our products. Most likely, customers will be one time buyers since our products are devices that should only need to be purchased once, unless later decided to purchase another as gifts or for other uses.
