How do you think it would feel to get a glimpse of one of the biggest successes in the world that started from scratch? Created and founded in April 4, 1975, Microsoft has been known for its history on how they have become the world’s biggest leading companies and one of the many successful companies in the entire world that widely revolutionized technology. It has been one of the top leading companies and most valuable company to provide resources such as computer hardware, software, and other electronic devices. Born in October 28, 1955 Bill Gates attended one of the most prestigious schools in the world, Harvard University. He was studying and working with what he loves doing the most, computer programming. He was very advance in his computer programming skills, he would always use those skills to his advantage during his life. One of the sources says “Bill’s school soon realized his passion for computer programming and they let him use school’s computer program for scheduling students in class. Bill altered the code to place himself in between interesting girls of class” (EFYtimes). This shows part of the potential he had in computers and how he would benefit himself if he had the chance to do so. Throughout his college career he had many decisions to make. These decisions were things such as finishing college and obtain his degree or to drop out and start his own business. It was a difficult decision to make, but in his junior year of college he had decided to drop out and make his own business, which later on is known to become “Microsoft”. One of his colleagues, Paul Allen, was one of Gates’ closest friends that tagged along with him when starting up their upcoming business.
