A compelling vision is a clear, convincing, interesting and plausible idea of the future that cannot be missed by a good leader. He must be able to see and paint the goals needed to build the future he prefers for himself and his followers. He must also be able to make this vision real, share it, describe it with passion and not consider it just a simple manifesto to amaze members of the public.
Bill Gates is a person that has all of this qualities. He pursues everything with determination, as can be seen in his personality traits. When he takes up a task, he does it, finishes it and only then he moves onto something else, it is this attribute that has seen him succeeding in almost everything that he has done in his remarkable life.\cite{billPersonality}

Looking back to his interviews about the development of Microsoft, Gates said he always knew he wanted to have more than a single product\cite{billLeadership}. The company wanted to hire more software engineers and develop a full product line: “A computer on every desk and in every home, running Microsoft software".
