Your company’s product are well-known, and upholds an exceptional reputation. As a result, my company recently purchased four of your BizStar C500 photocopiers due to their cutting edge features of 2-sided copier, fax, printer, and color scanning. Additionally, these machines became a great addition to my health care office.
However, the salesperson, Ms. Finely was not well-informative about the machines. She stated the BizStar C500 would be able to handle a high volume of 3,000 copies per day, but the sales brochure stated the machines’ limit was 500 copies per day. As you can imagine we followed her directions and were led to an uprising in conflicts with the machines. In my health care office, the BizStar C500 was an essential asset. However, these machines freeze or halt which has cause countless delays in my workplace.

I want to propose a trade-off that can benefit both parties without any losses. I would want to trade the four BizStar C500 photocopiers with a charge of 20 percent depreciation in order to get two BizStar C1000 upscale models. This is beneficial to both parties because according to the warranty, whenever the machines are down; repair technicians are on call to fix them. You will be able to considerable save money from the technician’s services and have obtain a loyal customer. I can assure you since the machines are only three months old.
