We are encouraged to know that you are taking our concerns seriously and are doing your best to amend the current situation. One of the important functions of the board is to ensure we have an effective National CEO. This includes setting the expectations, the job description, and the annual objectives & goals of our organization. It is also our responsibility as a group to support and evaluate our CEO to ensure that we provide moral and professional support in order to further the goals of the organization.
