I had gone to Boys &Girls Club of Lansing and shadowed the Program Director Christina Medina February 20th at 12:30. Also, professional ethics helps with ethical decisions as well in helping to what to do in a situation especially in ethical dilemmas (Palm G p.73).

This is suitable for her position because her bachelor is in the community in which she works, she works with the community to give the young people a place to be that is safe. Then the masters she is working on in family life helps with the families that she has to interact with as she works with the families that come to the program.
What is an example of an ethical dilemma they have encountered in their work?
When working with young people ranging from seven to seventeen their comes many times where ethical dilemmas may occur such as when a child is not listening having to decide what steps to take or running the halls. It is about trying to figure out the right consequences for their actions that are ethical so trying to figure if it is something that can be taken care of by time out or if they need to suspend the child.
