Hopewell hospital has developed a culture that has a harmless environment, has integrity and also trust within the workplace. Hopewell management is working very hard in ensuring that maximum productivity takes place and conflict is prevented in order to promote harmony and peace in the workplace. The HR Practitioner of the Hopewell Hospital is aware that all employees originate from different backgrounds that have diverse cultures that mould their perception and understanding about life, thus resulting in conflict. This causes conflict within the organisation thus limiting communication barriers between the employees and the management. Consequences of workplace bullying
9.1 The staff member/s that were the victims of bullying within the organisation might feel like they are less active or successful when performing their jobs, this may result in less productivity in the hospital.
9.2 The victim might feel scared or paranoid when around people and that is when the management feels that any victim should get psychological help and with that it means workers who are the victims of bully will need to take sick leave, that might affect the works productivity.
9.3 The perpetrator will face charges of illegal behaviour in the workplace and that means the hospital will lose some employees that were or are involved in this unethical behaviour within the workplace.
9.4 Also, the perpetrator will undergo monitoring and investigation of their behaviour in terms of hour they treat people in the workplace and how some workers respond to problems with other employees without having to make others feel threatened or intimidated.
9.5 A warning is to be given out to any person who partakes in this unethical behaviour in the hospital because any staff member has the right to feel safe and peaceful in the working environment without having to feel
