‘‘Bridge to Terabithia 2’’ is an example of an fan fiction because it is similar and different to the original stories. In the stories they are similar because Jess and Leslie were in rejection. For example, in the fan fiction it states, “ If she didn’t see it then maybe it never really happened.’’ In the original story when Jess discovered Leslie was dead by hitting her head on a rock when the rope broke to Terabithia. Therefore, in both stories Jess and Leslie was in denial.
In the novel “Snowfire” by Richard Galbraith. Michael and various other characters show great boldness while trying to save the tigers. Michal the protagonist shows great courage as he tries to complete the task his father was unable to. Another character that shows great courage is Tania especially when she enters the RATS compound. Casper shows great courage when he sacrifices himself in order to save the tigers.

In the book, To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee, Scout, Calpurnia, and Atticus stand out when courage comes to mind. These characters show courage in many unique ways with different situations. In the early 1930s, in the deep south, racial discrimination was a huge conflict, for example, the Jim Crows Laws were in play, and it legalized segregation between blacks and whites. Courage isn’t always shown in situations, but simply throughout growing up.
Courage is shown through actions of people. Through the adventure of Roll of Thunder Hear my Cry, by, Mildred D.Taylor Cassie Logan shows a lot of courage by standing up for what's right. Cassie had courage when she had to stand up for her little brother, Little Man and then again during the fight with her rival Lillian Jean. Cassie showed that she can be sassy, she’s a very outspoken girl, and that she loved her friends and family. Even when equality meant nothing to everybody else but her, she still believed in it.
Courage is not the absence of fear. courageous people feel fear most of the time but manage to overcome that anxiety and replace it with bravery no matter the cost, they take and dominate them. In the Novel To kill a mocking bird written by Harper lee Atticus Finch the father of Jean Louise and Jim finch show more courage than anyone in the book. Courage is shown by Atticus finch when he decides to defend Tom Robinson in the court trial.
The Most Courageous Character The definition of courage is the ability to do something that frightens one, or strength in the face of pain or grief. People all over the world perform countless acts of courage every single day. Many characters in Harper Lee’s book, To Kill a Mockingbird portray these courageous traits also. Many of them performed acts that took great courage to do.
When scout stands up to the mob(Lee 205) this shows courage because she is standing up to a mad drunken mob that could kill her. Also, this shows courage because if she didn’t stand up to her the mob would’ve been 10 times worse and it takes courage to stand up to any adult when she was still a kid. A quote for this is “Do you remember me Mr. Cunningham?”(Lee 205) this shows courage because it shows that scout is using a kind of guilt thing to make Mr. Cunningham stop the mob and tell everyone to go home that takes a lot of courage to stand up to a mob like that and to talk to the leader of it when he is 2 or more feet tall. The next example for courage is when Mrs Dubose(Lee 147) tries to get off of her morphine addiction. This shows courage because it is very hard to get off of an addiction especially a drug addiction.
Many people in the book, To Kill a Mockingbird, show courage in different ways and forms. Like the character Atticus Finch, who is extremely courageous and brave. Atticus used courage when he defended Tom Robinson, a black man accused of raping a white woman. Atticus wasn't sure he was going to win the case, but he tried anyways because he felt he had to do the right thing. Jem thought his dad won the case
Courage can be found where it is least expected. In her book, Roll of Thunder, Hear My Cry, Mildred Taylor uses Cassie as an example courage. Courage is the ability to do something, even though you are frightened of doing it, which Cassie shows a lot throughout the book. Cassie is a little girl, who is very smart, sassy, and courageous. She stands up for what she believes and helps others that need a voice.

In my book, Jeremiah and Davy both show acts of courage throughout the book. These are all very important acts of courage in the book and without them, the book would have been completely different.

There are quite a few characters in the book, which show some kind of courage, but there is one in particular, Atticus. Harper Lee made Atticus the hero of moral and a symbol of courage in her novel. He is the figurehead for all three kinds of courage I mentioned. For one he confronts a rabid dog, which displays physical courage.
