He had given Juliet, who was begging for help, a small vial containing the liquid that would fake Juliet’s death. When the time had come, he depended too much on Friar John, and Romeo received the wrong news. Romeo had thought that Juliet was dead and went back to Verona with a bottle of poison to kill himself. Quickly, Friar Lawrence ran to stop him, only to find Romeo dead and Juliet waking up.
Juliet wants to kill herself because she does not want to marry Paris. She gets sleeping potion and takes it. She is deep asleep when Romeo comes home. Romeo thinks she is dead, he then went and bribed the apothecary for poison. He went to Juliet's tomb and starts to drink the poison when Juliet wakes up.
In the morning, the nurse discovers her and pronounces her dead. Of all the things the Friar has done so far, giving Juliet the poison is the worst of his actions. As the Friar’s plan goes, Romeo did not receive the letter from the servant describing the situation of how Juliet is not dead, only sleeping. Romeo then kills himself when he sees his ‘dead’ wife, and when Juliet rises only to see her dead husband, she ends her life with a
Romeo’s friend Benvolio hears of Juliet’s “death,” and goes to seek out Romeo to tell him about her death. This causes Romeo to see Juliet while she is in the death-like sleep, making him think she is dead. When he sees this, he takes a potion he bought before, and ends his life because life without Juliet would not be a life worth living. Juliet awakes to see Romeo dead, which in turn causes her to end
At this moment in the play, Romeo gets word that Juliet had passed. He enters Juliet's tomb and encounters Paris. They fight, and Romeo murders Paris. Romeo then follows Juliet and commits suicide by drinking a potion. Friar Laurence rushes to the tomb, only to discover that he is too late.
Romeo, heartbroken and hurt buys a poison and heads to visit Juliet at her tomb. Once there he faces Paris, they fight and Romeo kills Paris. He enters the tomb and sees his beloved wife laying there, not knowing Juliet will wake up soon he drinks the poison and dies next to her. Once Juliet awakes, she finds Romeo's dead body, shortly after friar Lawrence enters the tomb and sees the dead Romeo and that Juliet had awoken, however he can’t be there for long and must leave. He tells Juliet, “Come on, good Juliet, I cannot stay here any longer”(Shakespeare 5.3) and leaves after.
Juliet only loves Romeo so this drives her to go to Friar Laurence whereupon attempted suicide he prescribes a potion that will make her appear dead. Romeo and Juliet’s decision to be married starts a string of events including Juliet’s “death”, Romeo killing Paris, Romeo killing himself, and Juliet killing
Juliet 's apparent death reveals the reactions and true emotions that her parents, The nurse and Paris felt towards her. Act 4 scene 5 starts with a humorous and eager tone but suddenly switches to a more sorrowful and sad tone as soon as the nurse discovers Juliet’s pale dead body. They were shocked and upset because it meant to be juliet 's wedding night. Their attitude and reaction shows us the importance of Juliet in their lives. Their relationships with Juliet in the past have an impact on the way they reacted.
“Romeo is banned from Verona, which leads to him to seek out some pretty bad advice and guidance from Friar Laurence.” (Shmoop.com). The news Romeo receives is that Juliet is dead and in the Capulet's tomb Romeo does not know abou the fact he is supposed to be at Juliet's side when she wakes. Romeo is not aware of Juliet and Friar Lawrence's plan with the potion so in turn he takes his own life thinking Juliet is really dead. When Juliet wakes she finds Romeo dead next to her, she takes Romeo's dagger and stabbed it into her chest killing herself.
Romeo in his new home, receives news from his close friend that Juliet is dead, and was carried into the Capulet family tomb. Romeo instantly buys a poison potion from a local drug dealer, and rides on his horse to the Capulet household. He breaks his way into the tomb where he finds Paris, the man who was also supposed to marry Juliet. They engage in a battle, and Paris falls to the floor, dead. After this, Romeo finds Juliet and decides it is time to end his life to be with Juliet in heaven.
In this act, Romeo goes to the Capulet tomb thinking that Juliet is really dead. On his way, he stops at an apothecary for a poison. Romeo takes the poison to the Capulet tomb and comes across Paris. They fight, Paris dies, and out of sympathy Romeo takes Paris and lays him by Juliet. Romeo then drinks the poison as Juliet is starting to wake up.
Heartbroken, he found Juliet’s body, still affected by the potion on her tomb. He drank a poisonous potion so he could die beside her. When Juliet did eventually awake, she was greeted with the sight of her dead lover and stabbed herself
Romeo was furious by this horrible beating to his self esteem thrust upon him by this unruly woman. He deserved her he thought, why won't she see this? The annual Capulet's party was right around the corner and he was going to make her pay for this injustice in front of everyone. When he got to the party he saw her and was paralyzed in his place by her beauty. In spite of his new found hatred for the profoundly classy and beautiful woman.
Juliet thinks to herself about another capulet party with a bunch of drunks… “why can't I be introduced to a man that I actually like? IM NOT REALLY A FAN OF THIS BOY, NAMED PARIS”, juliet was thinking to herself and causing herself to get agitated. As she walks downstairs she see her parents waving her down with Paris. Paris is good looking man with lots of money. He is a dream guy with no chemistry with Juliet.
After Juliet drinks the potion she slowly falls asleep and is pronounced “dead” by her parents in which they put her in the Capulet tomb. The same day Romeo is told that she is dead, and rushes to see her. He finally gets to the tomb and sees Juliet “dead” he drinks the poison and dies. Juliet awakes seconds after, seeing him dead, and is so inflicted that she decides to stab herself. This is the part where the suspense is over and it is finally winding down to an end.
