Which include tax rates, acts of legalisation and the stability of the county the business operates in, because of the ongoing financial instability in the world and a lot of the governments encourage the retailers to create jobs for the country. Tesco can create opportunities for employments which also increases the demand for their products and diversifies its workforce. One example of political is to increase or decrease in tax. The government might increase taxes for some company and decrease for others, this will have an impact on Tesco so they need to always stay up to date with political factors
Operations team will be working on Holiday routes, to insure proper customers are service on days requested. Operations team has identify the long routes on the weekend has reroute routes to cut down on labor we have seen a great improvement on Saturday and Sunday branch closing time has improve as well. We will continue to work on the weekday’s routes and identify which routes needs to be improved. Management will monitor check in and check out process, to reduce time. Will continue to monitor time and attendance and provide proper disciplinary action if needed.
For my research task the fast food restaurant I have chosen is Nandos because Nandos originates here in South Africa. The quality of their food has always been good, have never a problem with Nandos in terms of service. I’m going to look at their concept of insurance and how it’s implicated for business. I will be also be looking at crime situation in our country and how it affects businesses and how does insurance related to the situation. Also I will take a look at two different types of insurance, know as compulsory and non compulsory.
Colour The storage unit uses a variety of colours, this makes the design more appealing to people and stand out more. The design uses pastel colours which are soft and milky colours (teal, flesh and ochre). This makes the storage unit more warm and looks more appealing because the colours are very pleasing to look at. These colours are great for rooms with kids because they are bright and warm, it adds more energy and happiness to the design.
Unit 1 In this assignment I will describe the purpose, a description, the sector they operate in and the ownership of two contrasting businesses. My two chosen businesses are ASDA (private sector business) and Oxfam (voluntary sector business). I decided to choose these two businesses because they both vary a lot from each other. The first performance change I am going to talk about is the improvement and impact of upgrading from windows XP to windows 7. There are huge improvement windows seven could compare to XP. Windows XP was released in 2001 it was designed to running on 300MHz Pentium II CPUs with a mere 128MB of RAM which is not enough for the modern computer. Three Features from Unit One As I have read though and study Unit one, I have learned a lot. It is amazing how you can use Microsoft word everyday but there are still a lot of feature that you don’t know about. I always mention Op’s plan in my writing in the unit but that is where I use Microsoft word document the most. Therefore, the three feature that I find most useful that I apply to my everyday life is the coping, cutting, and pasting text feature (Wiley, 2014). This feature allows me to move repetitive text around very quickly from document to document making Op’s plan quicker to compose.
