The government might increase taxes for some company and decrease for others, this will have an impact on Tesco so they need to always stay up to date with political factors
Operations team will be working on Holiday routes, to insure proper customers are service on days requested. Operations team has identify the long routes on the weekend has reroute routes to cut down on labor we have seen a great improvement on Saturday and Sunday branch closing time has improve as well. We will continue to work on the weekday’s routes and identify which routes needs to be improved. Management will monitor check in and check out process, to reduce time. Will continue to monitor time and attendance and provide proper disciplinary action if needed.
For my research task the fast food restaurant I have chosen is Nandos because Nandos originates here in South Africa. The quality of their food has always been good, have never a problem with Nandos in terms of service. I’m going to look at their concept of insurance and how it’s implicated for business. I will be also be looking at crime situation in our country and how it affects businesses and how does insurance related to the situation. Also I will take a look at two different types of insurance, know as compulsory and non compulsory.

In this scenario, I have been loaned to the non-profit, and the current make up of the non-profit consists of programmers and graphic artists, but the programmers outnumber the graphic artists. There are also a small amount of performance practitioners in the W4 mix. Their desire is to rebrand their organization as HPT practitioners, which are human performance technology practitioners. Programmers and artists are very visual people and they work with design on an intricate level. The programmers have designed complex systems, and the artists create various designs that are used for the nonprofit's advancement, within their advertising and in other areas as needed.
Assignment 1: P1, P2, M1, D1 Water Aid Water Aid is an international charity which aims to provide fresh, clean drinking water to LEDC countries which do not have access to water, including even a lack of toilets. Its main areas of work are Africa where it helps countries such as Zambia, Ghana and Ethiopia. However, they also help countries across Asia and even help countries like Papua New Guinea and Nicaragua, other countries in need. Their bases are in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, South Africa, Sweden and one is even being currently set up in Japan. The type of business Water Aid runs is Non for Profit as their aim is to help other countries become more economically developed.
