Children are more intelligent than they seem.
But the school isn’t just the “safe” place for them to discover this world, but it is also a comfortable environment for the to express their personalities. They befriend each other. They make jokes and play together. And yet, there are still those who decide that they are above others. And thus, the action of bullying takes form in our society.
Even though the term of bullying does not have a standard definition, it has been designated as a subcategory of aggressive behaviour. Do you know what aggressive behaviour it? It is considered a type of behaviour that involves physical or emotional damage to another, along with a violation of social boundaries. The person engaging in such actions is acting either secretly or openly hostile. The very notion of bullying can be interpreted as the activity of repeated violence destined to hurt another individual mentally, physically or emotionally. Like verbal bullying, this one is a way which girls use to gain more power and diminish their self-appointed ‘enemies’. In contradiction with physical bullying, which is obvious, relational bullying is not noticeable. It can go on for long periods of time without being noticed, increasing the side effects on the person’s mind and body.
Cyber-bullying, the fourth kind of individual bullying, carried out with the use of technology and social media to harass another person. Usually the one at fault is retorting to fake identities or anonymous posts and messages. It has serious consequences and such actions receive punishment from the law.
Collective bullying is no different than the individual kind, save for the fact that it happens when several people have the same goal and implies the usage of all the kinds of individual
