Bullying in my perspective is orderly attacks that are intended to harm those who are unable or unlikely to defend themselves during the time period when they are most vulnerable. Bullying takes place everywhere around us for example it happens at work, school, on the playground, and anywhere else it’s convenient to add sly or ridiculing remarks.

My hypothesis is that bullying can derive from genetic inclination and it can also be learned or reflect self-conscious and issues that come from within. I know that there are different types of bullying. There is physical bullying hitting or attempting to physically harm someone, verbal name-calling or mocking someone using words. Experiment is an artificially created situation that allows a researcher to manipulate variables (Schaefer 42). I believe this is the best research design when it comes to bullying because we are able to change certain situations around to see if it has an affect on bullying. In an experiment there are two types of groups the experimental group in this case will be the students wearing uniforms and a control group (Schaefer 42). The way I would conduct an experiment is to change the school dress code to school uniforms. I would observe the students to see if there is any bullying before I conduct the experiment. Then I would utilize all the students and making it mandatory for students to wear school uniforms for two weeks and observe their behavior and to see if the bullying has increased or decreased. At the end of the experiment I will compare the data and the different responses and outcomes. In regards I this could be the beginning of ending bullying or at least reducing the issues of bullying in public schools. To reduce bullying in the school systems first I would set a strict rule on uniforms from hair all the way to shoes. I feel this can eliminate bullying because everyone will be dressed alike and less fortunate children wont be made fun of because they won’t be singled
