Since the last court review, Jesse has demonstrated some difficulty to consistently comply with staff directives and the program expectations. Jesse received four sanctions on separate occasions this period on that involved horseplay, being disrespectful towards staff, not completing his homework as instructed and inciting/intimidating a peer. On October 6, 2015, Jesse received a sanction for horseplay due to laughing and joking in the classroom instead of focusing on his class work as instructed. On October 13, 2015, Jesse received a sanction for being disrespectful toward staff for addressing staff inappropriately when redirected for not working on his class work. On October 20, 2015, Jesse received a sanction for failure to complete a homework assignment even though he had received multiple days to complete. On October 25, 2015, Jesse was observed by staff mocking and making fun of another youth in the program. . It is important to note that Jesse was counseled previously, on multiple occasions, to discontinue his inappropriate and disrespectful treatment of this peer and informed serious consequences would be levied if the behavior continued because it was perceived as bullying. Due to the seriousness of this incident Jesse will receive early bed room restriction to be served on October 30-31, 2015. In addition he was set back on Step 3 of MRT for failure to comply with the program rules and expectations. Jesse has been informed this behavior will not be tolerated. …show more content…

At this event, Jesse and his peers assisted both mentally and physically disabled youth play baseball. Jesse did very well at this event and interacted appropriately with his peers, staff and the event
