What has happened to Burlap/Searsucker? We came in on a Sunday night, and the place was practically empty. I still remember when it was almost impossible to get into this place. On to our food, the Tomahawk rib-eye was over done. My wife and I shared their 40oz Tomahawk rib-eye. We ordered the temparature to be medium-rare. The waiter even told us the steak could be rare around the bone. We told him that was to be expected. When we cut into our magnificent looking 2-foot long bone in rib-eye, we were sorely disappointed that it was over done. Our medium-rare turned out to be medium well.
