Influence of the organisation culture and structures
Within the nursery company we have an organisational structure, this consists of Marg Randles Busy Bees managing director and John Woodward Busy Bees CEO, they set up the business back in 1984 alongside their spouses Lyne and Peter.

The management team have always had a clear vision of what they have wanted to achieve, and how they plan to get there. Marg, John, Simon and Clare are very hands on within the business to ensure each individual nursery is a success. The company has a national support centre, which covers a wide variety of different departments, Childcare, health and safety, compliance, catering, human resources, payroll, marketing and sales.
We as managers are trained and high expectations are expected from us to ensure we are responsible and managing our individual nurseries, within our local community. Standards and guidance are set for us through robust policy and procedure systems within the nurseries, each nursery follows the same policies and procedures so although each nursery is individual we are all still following strict organisational systems which are provided for
