Congratulation on winning a majority in parliament. You are a champion of Real Change who can defeat the politics of fear. As you are preparing to uphold the oath of office, I decided to give you a precious present. Please accept The Canadian Constitution, the fundamental law that must influence all your decisions when governing our great country.

I am writing to express my frustration with Citizenship & Immigration Canada (CIC). It is no surprise that Stephen Harper shows an intense anti-immigrant sentiment. His policy is epitomized by a massive backlog that has been staggering daily throughout the last decade. Further, he degenerates the Canadian citizenship either by categorizing Canadians into ‘old-stock’ or ‘dual-passport’ citizens. …show more content…

I have been unemployed for more than eight months without unemployment benefits. Also, my foot needs medical attention but I am denied healthcare coverage and I cannot afford to pay for X-Ray. Please take immediate action or forward my issue to the citizenship minister as soon as you form the government on November 4. I need an Approval in Principal so I can find a job to continue to supporting myself and to putting food on the table. I will count on you to help me return my life to normal before Christmas.

I greatly appreciate your commitment to fulfilling your platform promises of bringing 25,000 Syrian refugees to Canada by the end of the year. I would appreciate more if you include those who are in stalemate situation and already living on Canadian soil.

This is my story in short. For your review, I will include the submission letter my lawyer wrote when we sent the application to CIC, I will also include the letter from the Law Society of Alberta that validates I am a victim of a lawyer’s negligence.
