Candy Booth Interview Report

Good Morning, My name is Hashneer Sekhon. Today I will be sharing my business technology skills,experiences and learning skills.

The first sample I have shown is the candy cane booth, as I have spent so much time building a booth it was one of my best works. The first skill this booth shows is teamwork and collaboration, as the booth had a big part of working with others it had become a big part of showing ur capability of working with others and how to interact with partners when doing business. Project Management is also a huge skill shown in this booth. Project Management is when while arranging a business you have to do multiple things in order for your business to earn profit. The few projects that were done are calling companies to

Financial Management shows how you handle the business profit and loss and also helps you understand what you should invest into.Problem solving was another skill that was required when selling the inventory. Selling everything was not easy as the booth did face some issues. We had issues with the location and prices, as our location was on the side and most customers would purchase from the middle booths at first, and not want to spend much money later on. For this issue, the solution was moving the booth in the middle the next day which provided us way more customers then before. Another issue was the prices were too high, and most people said how they can get the same product for cheaper price at other stores. The solution for this problem was to make them cheaper. The candy canes cost between 1 dollars and 50 cents, so the discounts were everything was 50 cents the second day of the booths,and that provided a lot of business for the booth. With all of these skills, I can be your company's marketing manager, and help promote your company's products and services.I will also help your company advertise, sell and deliver products.

Reflections are a big part of business skills, because it helps in showing what you have learned, what problems you have faced, what you can do better and all of that information you can do better on your next project. Reflections help you gain self awareness and confidence by writing down everything you have done. In my reflection, I have talked about how the booth was a success.
