2.1. What does the career entail?
Animators can work in many fields including film, TV, and video games. Animation is closely related to filmmaking and is very labour-intensive, which means working with the collaboration of several animators. 3.2. What are the entrance requirements, for example, what subjects do you need to take at school?
The entrance requirements to get into university is a National Senior Certificate meeting degree requirements for a degree course or a National Senior Certificate meeting diploma requirements for a diploma course. Recommended subjects included Art and Information Technology. You must have a 4-year professional degree (Such as a BA Fine Arts, BA Dramatic Art, Computer Science ,Software Engineering etc.) and an average of 65% or above for an Honours degree.
