One of the most horrific things that happened during the 20th century was World War One. World War One was where Hitler, the leader of Germany, decided that Jews were the worst religion and that everybody who was Jewish should be killed. Many Jewish businesses were torn down, Synagogues were destroyed, and it was total madness. With all this madness somebody had to do something about it. Anyone can be a hero. For instance, Robert Bentz was being selfless when he put himself between a driver of a stolen car and Bentz’ son. “In the split second of seeing the car coming straight at [his son] Roudy, Bentz cranked his steering wheel as hard as possible. A hero is someone who does a meaningful deed, worthy of remembrance and selflessly. Andrew Carnegie was a wealthy man. After he sold his steel company in 1900, he devoted the rest of his life giving money to charity. Did Andrew Carnegie’s generosity make him a hero? Andrew Carnegie was not a hero.
There are different qualities to people and some of those qualities are made for the leaders of the world. For instance, someone who would not be able to find the bad in people may not be the best kind of leader. Someone who can tell if someone would be lying, someone who is loyal are the people who would be the best kinds of leaders. Brutus, would have been a good leader. He would not have done tasks for people that do not deserve it.
