PRELIMINARY STATEMENT Rosemary Henderson was arraigned in Yolo County Superior Court on May 30, 2016, for allegedly violation Health & Safety Code § 11379, subd. (a). Loretta Saunders was last seen on February 13, 2014 entering her Cowie Hill Road apartment building in Halifax to collect rent money from couple Blake Leggette and Victoria Henneberry subletting her apartment.
